Easy Returns

We keep it simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt
A refund, less 50% restocking fee will be issued for products unused and returned 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
When returning products, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (including the actual shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery to the customer)
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Refund arrival time: the day after we receive and accept the returned product.

Products not authorized for return include

Products not in completely re-sellable condition.
Special Order or Customized Items can not be returned in any condition.

Returns Checklist

original packaging (where possible)
main body + tank lid + steel basket + power cable + instruction book.

Each Product return must include the following information:

Customer name and address
Date of purchase
Modles(s) of the returned item(s)

Alternatively, it’s not a problem to exchange your purchase. If you want to swap your item for another model, you will need to pay the return shipping costs (freight out and home) . Don’t forget to put a note in the return package with your details, so we know who has sent it back.

Delivery

Title of all Products shall transfer to Customer upon delivery of such Products to the carrier. The Customer is responsible for all import duties for Products shipped internationally.
