1, insurance damage.
If you find no power display after turning on the machine, no work, the first thing to see if the fuse in the power socket is damaged.
Analysis: It is possible that the user’s ground line mixed with the fire or zero wire, no grounding (the ground of the machine is connected to the machine shell), or the machine short-circuited, components aging, short circuit, resulting in insurance damage.
Detection: remove the insurance to see if there is a burnt out, there is a burnt out, replace the fuse with a new one.
2, transducer damage.
Analysis: may be energized state for a long time, the temperature will gradually increase, resulting in colloid melting transducer off or transducer ceramic part rupture.
Detection: Measure the insulation strength of the transducer with a shaking table. If the insulation strength is lower than 200mΩ, it can no longer be used and needs to be replaced with a new transducer. The internal ceramic of the transducer can also be broken due to long-term use, so that it can not work properly.
3, power tube damage.
Analysis: The power tube on the motherboard will be too little mechanical or cleaning fluid and long uninterrupted use, resulting in a short circuit in the power supply.
Detection: When the power tube is connected to the motherboard, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power tube, the normal situation is generally around 22Ω. After removing the power tube (disconnected from the motherboard), the measurement between its pins should be inaccessible.
